Wedding day prep comes with a lot of stress, particularly for the bride. There’s hair, makeup, getting ready, and securing all the little details into place – it can be a lot! I could tell that Morgan was feeling a little overwhelmed as she and her bridesmaids got ready before her first look and formals. But the moment we got to the park and she saw Andrew for the first time, her whole demeanor changed. Her body relaxed and just being with him calmed her right down. THAT is a magical moment to be a part of. Wedding planning is important, but nothing is as important as your marriage, your love, your relationship.
We quickly got the group shots done and just as we were finishing up with the bridesmaids, we saw big rain clouds rolling in. Just as it started to sprinkle, Andrew threw his jacket over Morgan and they looked at each other and laughed. No stress, no panic, just fully embracing whatever was thrown at them. We took a few more shots and as the rain really started coming down, we ran back to the car and decided to chase the sun. When we got to our next location, the clouds parted and we got a perfect golden sunset.
